If you are able to book for meals, that would be appreciated. If not, please ask a committee member while at the convention. Casual meals can normally be arranged.
Convention Meetings
We don't charge for casual/occasional attendance at meetings. However if you attend a meeting then Camp Clayton charges the convention. If you are able to afford a donation towards this cost, it would be appreciated. A box will be available and clearly marked.
Registration
Early registration is recommended and would be appreciated.
Use our form, and send it with a $50, non-refundable, deposit (or pay this by Internet banking direct credit) to the Registrar, Anne Davies, 12 Veronica Cres, Launceston, 7250.

That seems expensive!!
You have to remember that this is a week-long camp. For a whole family this is a very cheap holiday. The accommodation is very good, the food is terrific, there are plenty of activities and great Bible teaching.
You need to save $14 per week for your family to attend this years convention.
There is no need to spend any more money. The only extra expense you may be unable to resist is the bookshop.
